Orders
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability. Please also note that items may differ slightly in colour from shown due to individual variation in hand-made products.
We make every effort to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However errors can occur and if we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel.
While we endeavour to keep our site up to date there may be an occasion where an original piece has sold already. We will contact you immediately should this be the case.
Prices on our website exclude delivery costs. After you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. We will then contact you to discuss delivery.
Once the order has been dispatched to you the contract has taken place between Gallery 5 and yourself. We will not be liable for any delay in you receiving your goods, due to circumstances beyond our control, eg strikes, industrial action, bad weather etc.
Returns
Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days of receipt by emailing us at gallery5salcombe@gmail.com
Your refund will be paid within 30 days (less the original courier cost).
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value and we recommend a proof of postage if using the Post Office. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, and we advise using as much of the original packing as possible.
Like other jewellery retailers we do not refund earrings.
Please inform us immediately (within 24 hours) if your purchase has been damaged in transit. We will liaise with you directly in that circumstance.
