After studying Fine Art and Sculpture at Goldsmiths College, Margaret Johnson became interested in painting watercolours. This in turn led to setting up her studio in Cornwall, where the sparkling aquamarine sea and shimmering fish provide inspiration for her wonderfully decorative glassware.

She uses a unique mix of straw silk fibre and precious metal foils to create her highly sought after vases, bowls and candle holders.
